I think that the right price is around 200-300.000 $ depends if it is in good condition, when was it built, if it is furnished or not, the area that is in. How much are the condos in that area? How far are you from the ocean? Put up more details. |

Bids are not realistic, loans are harder to obtain because of the rise in declining markets.
