Since the banks are becoming a lot stricter on lending money to themselves and of course us, I was wondering if any of you have had first hand experience with the diffuclties of now trying to get a loan?

So long as your credit rating is good and the monthly payment is not more than 30 to 40% of your household income, you should be fine. Banks are still eager to lend but not as reckless and greedy now.

Banks just need to ensure that their money is safe and they are too eager to lend.In fact that is what they are there for.If one is a Government employee, getting a loan is all the more easy otherwise one just need to prove to the bank that you can pay back easily.
