Try to get the best price without spending anything on it,'cause after spending on it you may get very desperate to get higher price and that is where the buyer will score over you.

First and easiest (if under your control) make sure that the approach and the area around your trailer is tidy and not full of clutter. Plant some flowers to give colour and pur grass seed down on any bald patches, try to give a lush feeling
