Mortgage Relief to be expanded by Bush White House

The White House is committed to expand on the program of helping borrowers refinance mortgages. Support is growing to urge lenders to write down the principal on loans to keep homeowners from abandoning their propertied.
This is indeed good news for some borrowers! |

Definitely, as property taxes are part of mortgage associated costs. But of couirse the Bush plan is intended to help people in bigger trouble.

Unfortunately I feel that if people read their closing Docs and didn't jump head first with the idea of buying a home especially with out affording so why help? I hear this on CNN. My feelings are mixed.
