I am from Romania too, from Constanta to be more exact like you and i must say that most of my cousin came to Romania he said that in Romania the prices for a house is really cheap in comparison with the prices from Australia.

yes you are absolutely  right but did you knew that in Australia taxes and insurances are very, very expensive? The bottom line is we get close in prices but our country is nicer :D
