I was just wondering if anyone here has tried Carlton Sheets' real estate course, and if so, is it worth the money? I have been seeing the informercial for many years and I have begun to think there may be something to it. Would love some information on this from someone who has actually taken the course.

But my take is that knowlee odge n real estate can be easily acquired without resorting to a paid course.  Diligent self study should be sufficient to allow you to pass basic professional real estate qualifications. There is a great wealth of real estate info online and offline

Real estate knowledge is best attained by getting involved practically.People who have done the best in this business are the ones with no formal training.Just click one or two deals or assist someone and one learns all the ropes.

I actually have heard some not so great things about Carleton Sheets (often misspelled as Carlton) you should search the www.bbb.com site to see the numerous complaints listed. I would recommend finding another course if  you feel you really need that training.

I have seen some very mixed comments about it when I do a search. Some people really like it, and some think it's a complete waste of money. I will continue to do research on it, but I think what liowkc said is best for me right now. I will just do my own research and learn as much as I can online, before I make any decisions on whether or not I want to go into this field. Thanks to all of you for your replies.

I agree with Sanju123 a lot of knowledge is acquired through experience
