Who can make the maximum money in real estate?

There are lots of answers to this.Some say that the agent gains the most or the builder,but I think a person who is patient and ready to take risk makes the maximum money. That person may be a buyer or a seller is immaterial.

In my opinion, the most important factor whether one can make a killing in real estate is hiolding power - be it a buyer, seller, investor or speculator. That is the reason only the rich can dabble in real estate deals.

I agree with both of you. Patience is a virtue as one once said. If a person can be patient they can get what they are asking or find what they are searching for. Its only a matter of will you wait?

Another great way to make money is to invest in foreclosed properties. If the home is not sold during before theforeclosure is processed, the title of the bank foreclosure home istransferred to the bank. The bank will try to get rid of of the foreclosures as fast as they can. This ishow investors can capitalize on these properties. |
