The best thing about buying disputed property is that you get it dirt cheap.The worst thing is that risk involved is big.Don't you know that profit is proportional to the risk involved?

I don't understand what you mean by "disputed property." Can you elaborate on this? I'm not familiar with the term. Is it property that people are fighting over? Or is it land where the property lines are disputed? Sorry for my ignorance, but I am curious about what you are talking about.

Disputed properties can be dispute or disagreement regarding ownership, liens. land issues, lease issues, inheritance and many other issues that can lead to disagreement. Basically there are some kind of encumberances attached to the property making it unattractive and therefore harder to sell and thus cheaper.
