The real estate rates are too high and I am going to cash on it.I am planning to sell my house and buying a smaller house and the amount I am going to make will be large.I have plans to just freak out on that money. My next generations will help themselves. How is the idea?

I am not just exactly what you are saying.  When you sell a bigger house and move to a small one, the nett proceeds left over should be wisely invested and not squandered.

Hi,
liowkc is right, in this days cash devaluation it's a known process  and you should consider  that. The best  is to invest the money wisely. Of course there are risks, but better to try. And I'm talking from my experience, today you have an amount of cash and after 2-3 months you realize that you cannot do the same thing with them....
And that's not good.
