According to me one must include one's safety against earthquakes.In fact one generally hears about the intensity of earthquakes to be stronger in certain regions, but I feel that there is no set pattern or safe zones.One must get insured against these,though it does increase your premium amount.

I think the most important clause in a insurance contract is the exclusion clause; a lot of people are blissfully unaware until they made an unsuccessful claim.

This sure is a very important clause and one must learn and be careful while getting a home insurance.It definitely is the most difficult task when making a claim from the company.
