Hi everyone,
Can we see if we can put together a list of things that would help sell your home?
I'll start:
1, Make sure when potential buyers call round you have some bread or cokkies in the oven |

2. Do not show that you are desperate to sell and also show that there are many other potential buyers for your house.

Try to ensure that you place your house on the market when lots of otheres have done the same, nothing would be more off putting than seeing lots of 'for sale' signs on the street you are considereing |

Swtich lamps on, give an impression of light within your home, make sure curtains are tied back
