I feel that this is one excellent mode of real estate dealings.This is the only way that one can reach even those people, about whom you, otherwise, can not even think of.There may be some demerits though.What do you think?

I think the major problem with online deals is the lack of physical contact with the buyer/seller. the agent and the house in question.  Of course a combination of online and offline approaches can be merged seamlessly to deliver a easy transactione experience.

I do like searching online for real estate property but prefer to physiccally inspect the property if it is being considered.
