I wish to sell my house,which is not well constructed.Somebody suggested me that one can make more money by constructing three floors of the  house and sell it off  floor wise.Now I am not sure.Let us have your opinions on this.

Are you looking to split your house into flats or apartments, this canof course be done and in many cases does see higher returns, what though do you mean by 'not well constructed' - that sounds bad?

Not well constructed is that I will have to sell it at plot rate only.The other option is that I construct three floors and sell it off floor wise.I don't know what will fetch me more,finally.
