It all starts with your real estate agent. I really think if you have an awesome agent that they can guide you through your home buying or selling experience. |

A lot of house builders at the moment have alot of new builds on thier books that they are really keen to get rid of, some will offer your removal fees for free, heck I even heard of a company giving away 17ft yatchts with each sale!

The top tip, as I have heard, is that when you buy a house, deal directly with the owner. The agent is definitely required but your final deal must be with the owner alongside the agent. As far as the authenticity of the papers is concerned, your lawyer will be useful.

To me, the best tip is never fall in love with a house; even if you are, pretend you are not in front of the owner or agent.

Besides the economic fundamentals of the house and macro-economic conditons, the only possible variation is human pscychology - so buyers must act they are not keen to buy and sellers pretending that they do not need the money.
